HOW DO I SIGN UP TO THE REWARDS CLUB?
The Nutraconcepts Rewards Club is completely free and all new customers will have access to the benefits. All you need to do is Register an account and place your first order.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Step 1. Login to your account
Step 2. Purchase your products as normal
Step 3. During the checkout process simply choose how many points you would like to use, and click apply. The discount will appear below the ‘subtotal’ amount on the basket page.
Note. For every 100 points you collect, you can deduct £1 from your next Nutraconcepts order. Points can only be redeemed in multiples of 100.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE AND WHAT IS MY REWARD TIER?
To find out your rewards balance go to My Account. On the left hand side you will see the number of points you have earned from previous purchases and your reward tier. You will also have a monthly rewards statement that will include your member-only offers.
